Not a chatbot, not another automation: a coworker with a name, memory and a record of everything, working on your company's real email, calendar and WhatsApp.
We have all talked to a chatbot. We rarely walk away happy. A digital employee is something else: it does not answer with templates from a widget — it works with the same tools your team uses.
How it differs from a chatbot
A chatbot lives in a widget and its world ends where the conversation ends. A digital employee has its own mailbox, access to a real calendar and a WhatsApp number. When you ask it to set up a meeting, it does not give you instructions: it writes the email, proposes times, follows up and books it.
The other difference is memory. A digital employee remembers what you asked last week, who each contact is and what is still pending. Everything it does is on record, so you can review its work like you would review any coworker's.

What it does day to day

- Sends and receives email from its own mailbox.
- Books, moves and confirms meetings on the calendar.
- Handles and follows up on WhatsApp with its own number.
- Keeps the CRM current: every conversation lands on the contact's record.
- Works toward goals: drafts the plan and sets its own follow-up reminders.
What you need to start
Google Workspace. The agent's email and calendar run on the infrastructure your company already uses: it can have a mailbox on your domain (agent@yourcompany.com) or an @zapians.com mailbox if you prefer to start with zero setup.

The best way to understand it is to talk to one. Our contact page has no form: a real digital employee answers.
